Last month I went to zap, just because the reviews seemed fair. But it was better than expected! The hinges on my PC were getting completely detached on the left side and the right was slowly getting loose. And it's only a few years old. Julio got it back to me the next day, and it was like I had a brand new computer! They adjusted the hinges so they weren't so tight and made it more flexible. You get what you pay for, and in this case the pricing was extremely fair. Thank you so much zap and staff. I'm very happy with the outcome. Great job!

Julio really helped me out!! Went in with a broken laptop screen & the amount to fix it wasn’t cheap due to how new it was plus touch screen but ended up coming out with a iMac for around the same price. I couldn’t be more happy with the purchase and the honesty this man has given me. Most definitely would recommend his services.

I called for a PC repair and was able to drop it off that same day. They kept in contact telling me what was wrong with my computer and my options. My PC is now fitted with a SSD and got a good cleaning for maximum airflow/cooling along with a new operating system at a low cost. These guys are fast professionals and I would recommend taking your computer problems to these guys

My experience here was beyond exceptional. My laptop would die as soon as I would take it off the charger, even if it was fully charged. When I contacted Dell regarding the warranty, Dell said they could fix it but I would have to send it in and it would take 2-3 weeks. When I explained this to Julio, he was able to get me in same day and diagnose the issue. He had to order the battery so I paid a deposit(that would go toward the repair cost) but Julio assured me that they would put it back together so that I was able to use the laptop while waiting for the battery to come in. It came in less than a week and they replaced it in less than 10 minutes. Don’t want to have to have any more repairs soon but I know where I’m going if I do! Thank you so much Julio and your shop for your professionalism and efficiency!
