I set up an appointment for 1PM on a Saturday while on my computer at the night before. They were overbooked but still took me in ( I would suggest making appointments earlier instead of the night before ) and told me it'll take 2-3 hours since they still had many cars to do. I am completely fine with it because it's always going to be busy on the weekend. After about 1.7 hours of waiting, they told me that it's 20 minutes away from being done because they pushed for my car to be worked on since I was the only one in the lobby waiting. To my surmise, I was very appreciative of that hence this 5 star review. Note that my alignment is the one time payment for 3 month warranty. And yes, they did the alignment perfectly. Photo attached on how bad my alignment was and how they fixed it all in one appointment.

I ordered a set of tires for my trailer online and have them delivered to this location. I paid for them in store and pick them up. Once I got home, we recognize we got The wrong lug configuration for our trailer. We went back the next day to exchange the tires for the proper set. Victor, the gentleman at the desk was unable to bring up our order and after a half hour, input the info “manually.” Their system was not functioning, so he attempted to return as cash, but they “didn’t have any cash on hand.” He advised me to come back the next day. I left the tires and returned the next day. When I arrived, he stated that he was amable to rerun the tires, and they are a “non returnable item” After he called his AD, he stated again they are “non-returnable” even though the day prior he was able to process the return, but the location didn’t have cash in hand. I will be dealing directly with the corporate office to get the right products. While I was in store, 4 other customers were waiting, and each one was treated with the same passive, indifferent attitude I was. Do anything you can to avoid this place.

Pep boys isn't going out of business. The auto parts side is changing to Advanced Auto Parts. But the service side is still open. I know they still off warranty coverage.
