The lack of expertise is little to none. I came in here looking for a product and after asking for help, I just got directed to an isle that had nothing to do with what I was requesting. I even showed them an amazon product to ensure they were on the same page. Still no drive to help me find what I was looking for, just an isle number. Walked out and just ordered it on amazon. This is what drives us to order stuff online, no help or drive to help. I’m sure they could of ordered it online for me. I go to stores to support the retail business but it’s just soo hard. I don’t see this business model making it the next two years. Maybe they need more pay, maybe they need more training. Somethings just not working. Best of luck!
