What's the fax number. They have no website anymore. So busy renavating the building but still treat people poorly.

I kept getting emails for proof when I had sent them multiple times. Not only that their call back service never called me back. My info is due the 31st and my case will probably get dismissed

The brand new office is now much more modern. Now when you arrive aa single worker greets you nicely at her desk, then enters your request. …

I know of the 4 C program offers assistance. But it is on 1215 S.3rd street. I'm not quite sure what the requirements are but I do know that they do help with childcare I hope this answers your question Campus Jimmy Johns
Mind you, the fax number would send your information to Frankfort, which takes a lot of time. Your best bet is to go to L&N building and be there at 8:00 a.m. sharp to get your paperwork in. The line has changed a bit. If you are dropping off with NO QUESTIONS to ask, you stand in a line before You get to the desk to fill out a sheet, and you are taken quicker that way. Then you can get out quickly. Still, since Monday and Friday are the busiest, get there before 8:00 a.m. to be there when it opens up. This is the fastest way to get service. That said, you can try this site to get information you might need: https://chfs.ky.gov/agencies/dcbs/dfs/Pages/default.aspx

The entrance is @the parking lot but they don't solve problems they want you to use their phone system.
No
Personal ID is one. Social Security Card is another. That should be all you need. If you find more is required, keep your papers and letters together, as it is VERY difficult if not impossible to get this office on the phone.
I am not sure.
It is very difficult to get this office on the phone. Your best bet is to go to L&N in person with your documents and questions. The best time to get there is when it opens at 8:00 a.m. If that's not possible, you have until about 11:00 a.m. to get in the processing line to be seen that day. Tues - Thurs are the best days as Mon and Fri are very busy. L&N cuts off their intake line around noon —lunchtime —for intakes that day. (you have to try each day.) Note that when you pass the intake line, you can spend several hours waiting for your turn. Bring your knitting.
Yes, there is parking behind the building. Entrance to the parking lot is on 9th street, one light south of broadway.
I don't know if their box outside is for client paperwork. I have always gone inn when the office is open and put my paperwork in the slot to the left of the front desk, in the corner. This is soon enough for them to receive your paperwork. They don't work on weekends. You might ask them when you go there if the outside box is used that way. They would not open it till Monday in any case. I always wanted to make sure paperwork got to the right place. So I went inside.
Yes.
Yes but its better to go by yourself to be sure that they got your papers.
This is an office that is best visited. No one will call you back at this office. Get there right at 8:00 a.m. to have the best chance of getting your business done in good time and have a good half day left. Be there before 11:00 a.m. to be served that day. They have revamped the first floor to send you directly to the department you need. The first floor desks now take only paperwork. I find this setup much faster and you wait only on the floor where your office is.
Faxing them straight away is a good idea. Then they will have your information at the office. You can fax on the Internet by faxzero.com. Scan your documents into PDF's. You can upload your PDF's to FaxZero and send 3 PDF pages free a day or up to 25 pages for a couple of dollars. Best fax bargain I've seen. Do follow up with a phone call on Monday and find out what you should do next because there are some documents that need to be original documents. They will work with you on this. Start with faxing your documents. Early in the day is best when you go into the office.
