Very nice, clean & well organized store! Much better than some I've seen. They were out of what I wanted, the 2 ladies at customer service helped me order. I did purchase something else, I was surprised when they gave me a $20 gift card. I used it to buy the item I ordered. Then I found out it was on sale so I felt that I got a really great deal! Thanks for your honesty in giving me the card & helping me order. Will definitely return! ❤️

Half the products in the store had no price and the ones that did have a price were wrong. We went to check out and literally everything in our cart rang up higher than marked. The girl at the register didn't care at all and didn't even ask her manager for help. It's plain to see why BBBY is going the way of Kmart and Sears. This used to be a good company but those days are gone.

Pricing is bad sign has one amount get to check out and its a different amount.

Lots of things didn't have prices on them and it's impossible to navigate that store. Also they seem to have stopped carrying nicer kitchen knife lines and only sell things that kids in dorms would think is nice. It is frustrating that places like this don't do more to make the store shopable. People hate going here so they order things on amazon instead
