Store is great but the people in grooming don’t know how to do their jobs and work with dogs, they cancel my appointment and then call me asking to reschedule twice then cancelling day of. because a puppy has too much energy the leave him wet and cold in a kennel and expect him to not freak out. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANY PET OWNER Banfield staff are either rude or nice, with the vets trying to up-charge at any chance, sucks that this is the only one around with the banfield.

Zero stars!!!! DAVID WOOD was extremely rude to my wife after this Petsmart canceled our grooming appointment without notice. We were not notified and then continued to reschedule the appointment without even consulting it with us. My wife took half the day off of work and drove an hour for this appointment. They do not care about you and surely do not care about your pets. Petsmart can find better help… currently they are scraping the bottom of the barrel. Dude needs to chill he manages a poorly ran pet store and not running a empire…

They dont sell kittens, they adopt them out from various shelters in the area so the cost can vary. Im not sure that they have any at this location but when I went last week they had some cats. They'll also give you a cat adoption kit with lots of coupons if you ask when you adopt through them
I was there yesterday and the feeder tanks were empty, the time before that they were quarantined for medicine treatment.
