Was able to quickly get in and out for my med card exam for my CDL license. Dr Chan and staff were great! He has such a pleasant personality and his positive vibes permeate the office! Having CNN playing on the waiting room tv was such a negative divisive uncomfortable feel, so I was extremely grateful for the diversity of the Med Express staff, and Dr Chan on the floor brought it together making it a happy place for my exam. Thanks Dr Chan and staff!

Front office staff excellent. Initial provider good bedside manner and listener. Two negative concerns: - I was without a car and having patients wait outside when porch, stairs and sidewalk had not been cleaned seemed inappropriate. Also, no place for ill patients to sit outside. - Unfortunately, a total cholesterol ordered (no HDL) when only Cr and LFT needed and requested. Follow-up provider refused to have HDL run before labcorp discarded specimen.

It was good. It was my first time being there. The wait wasn't long. Maybe 5 to 10 min once I was inside because it wasn't busy.
