This is absolutely the worst place ever to stay! I was there for 3 years and we had 5 different property managers within that time frame. At the beginning it was decent but as the managers came and left the stay became extremely horrific. Let’s start with MOLD, ROACH INFESTED, The PARKING IS HORRIBLE THEY DO NOT LIKE FIXING ANYTHING THEY TRY TO DO HALF A*** jobs. If I could rate this place a 0 I would!!!!!

My daughter just moved in here. Its horrible. Roaches in the apartment. Outlets cannot be used since the plugs won't stay in. Kids won't stop knocking on the doors. People upstairs bang on the floors (not just walking around) but banging on the floors like hammering. The seal on the refrigerator messed up. She put in maintenance requests in and they were closed saying they were fixed and they were not. She had to put in another request and go to the front office to complain. Only 1 dumpster for everyone have to drive to throw any trash away. Trash all over the parking lot. Broken bottles. I could go on and on. But I think you get the picture. She just moved in so she has a year before she can leave. Don't rent here.

I have had a wonderful experience there! Cassidy & Same are very professional, patient and courtesy! They were very understanding and made me feel like they cared! I look forward to my stay there! THANK YOU AGAIN SAM & CASSIDY!!❤❤💓💓

They like to claim they are the cheapest in the area but not by much and its way to much for what you are not getting at other places. Amenities are virtually non existent, the pool is rarely open and then overrun by unsupervised children, there is no fitness center, and laundry facility hours are super tight. They have a habit of changing the rules in punitive ways that make it an inconvenience for people just trying to live their lives. For example laundry was once 24/7 but people giving the laundry code to kid and damages led to 8:30 to 4:30 hours. So much for working 9-5pm. People have an excess of work vans so they start towing but all the work vans do is shift to visitors parking so forget having guests over. And now patio inspections. Rather than add things like security or address problem with tenants they create obstacles and red tape. I do enjoy the maintenance staff, they are super helpful quick and friendly. The leasing managers try and be helpful but the overall lack of services and red tape is not worth it. You shouldn't be charging more for less.
