I had a bolt in my front tire. I was able to get my car in right away. The tire was able to be patched and not replaced. Thank god! Huge savings right here! Service techs, Tony and Ryan were absolutely wonderful! Professional, kind and very friendly! Made this experience a good one! I will definitely go back to Pep Boys for any future auto repair needs! Thank you!!!

Came here and paid $820 for two back breaks and was told they would be done at 4 pm but the Car wasn't done till 7 pm and when I picked it up I almost died on the way home not being able to stop because they ended up putting a defective hose which they didnt see till they finally checked it after calling me crazy. They had the car towed back and tried once again to do the breaks and once again failed after taking a day and a half. I got ripped off, almost lost my life, and paid top dollar to still not have my problem fixed or even a bit of remourse from anyone at pep Boys. I don't write reviews but this was my worst experience ever at a repair shop save your money and go elsewhere.

Don’t waste your time or money!! My wife booked an appointment online for 130 for 4 new tires. I got there at 1. The assistant service manager Matt Wright, called another location in front of me asking if he had to honor the price I had booked on the website. He then complained to me that they were only making $20 on this service. Because the tires were more expensive to them than what the site charged me. After calling someone else to ask if this was right and he had to do it,he said they would get me in for my appointment. . FINALLY took my car into the bay at 2pm. I stayed to watch because I did not trust them at this point and the employees kept disappearing from the garage (pictures below) Then, about 35 minutes later they brought me out to my car and said “we broke off 2 of your studs because they were over tightened” and didn’t even ask me before breaking them off.. you can feel when a stud is going to break before it happens. One was already broken, so conveniently they broke 2 more ON THE SAME TIRE (when magically all the others were ok) which left me with no choice but to have them replace it because you cannot drive with 2 studs. I waited 40 minutes for the studs to show up because they “do not keep that stuff on hand” (…you change tires!!!!!….). And it took them forever to bang out a couple studs (which is not hard by the way) and then charged me the labor for all of it. I finally got into my car at 4pm. This place is a scam and you should avoid it!! Pep boys has a lot of fancy commercials but not a trustworthy team to back them up. I’ll never go back.

Matt is my hero. I have a 2007 Chevy Malibu. I've been going to Pep Boys for years. I've been to quite a few other places but this is the only place that doesn't rip you off. Scotty who used to run the place and Matt has taken his place. He has gone above and beyond for me. I will never go to any other place. No BS and all of a sudden a place will find more and more wrong with your car. They are honest and will help you in anyway they can. Matt wanted to make sure that my old girl was just safe enough for me to drive. She drives better than when I bought it. I highly recommend to everyone to take their car to Pep Boys. They are the Best. Thank you Matt for taking care of me and my old car. She's driving better then she's ever driven. I am and will continue to be a loyal customer.
