I needed to fix a difficult-to-find slow air leak in my wife's Volvo XC40 rear tire. Based on the many positive online reviews and the short distance from my house, I decided to give Mavis a try. I am very glad I did, although the first visit left me disappointed. In fact, after having called and having been told to just come in the next day around 3:00 PM for a quick repair, when I arrived at the shop, they were not able to take me right away, as they apparently were very short staffed. I decided to leave, but I looked at the office, the shop and the equipment and I liked what I saw, so I called to reschedule for the next day. The second visit was the charm. The staff at the office, John and Don, were very friendly and attentive to my needs. The man who did the work, Chris, was competent and efficient. He was able to find the reason for the leak and fixed it in a short time, while I was waiting in the office. When the time came to pay for the service, I was very pleasantly surprised when I was told that no charge was due, because I had already "suffered" enough to get my tire fixed. This is what I consider a customer-focused business, who knows how to retain and incentivize new customers like me. Overall, a good experience and I recommend this business to anyone needing new tires or repairs.

Excellent customer service! My family and I were on our way out of town when we noticed one of our tires wasn’t holding air. The crew here made a quick repair for us and we were back on the road!

Randy (Shop Manager) did a Fantastic Job Installing my Tires! Since The Shop was short staffed that day, he did the job Himself! He also did a Price match for me on the tires! Another employee at the shop, Dwayne, was also helpful with the process. This shop has a do whatever it takes attitude to get the job done! I highly recommend this shop based on my experience! I had spent my day running errands before I would be heading into work. I stopped to top off my gas tank when I noticed I had a flat. I used Google to find a tire place and Mavis was the closest. I had never been there before. So being a Sunday, 3/6/22 they were busy. I explained to the gentleman at the Customer service counter that I am a Caregiver and I needed to be at work by 3pm and it was already after 1pm. He was very kind and went to speak with the mechanic/technician to see what they could do to help me out. He took all of my information and my tire was replaced. I was so grateful for his time and that they squeezed me in so I could make it to work on time. He even gave me a discount on the new tire. And during these crazy times every little bit helps. Thank you Mavis! You have just a new and loyal customer. Best service, courteous and professional.
