Cliff and Brandon were absolutely terrific. We ended up having to also have, Charles, one of the electricians fix some strange wiring before the installation could be completed. The attention to detail and professionalism is something you don't often see. They were prompt and truly took pride in their work. I appreciated the explanation of the process even though I asked a million questions! I highly recommend this company and these employees.

Randall and Caleb were fantastic with my new A/C system installation the other day! They worked very hard in a difficult environment (my A/C system is located in a tight attic space in my building)! They were both very professional and helped me to understand important aspects of my new system. From the service technician, Drew, to the installation crew, Shane and Donny, our experience was excellent. Drew was our first contact, he came out late on a Sunday afternoon to help us with our old system. While it was not salvageable in a time frame that worked for us (parts shortage, long wait) he explained options and worked hard to find a new unit for us. Today is Tuesday and we have our new system installed complete with ultra violet light and ducks cleaned thanks to Shane and Donny. Everyone we spoke with from phone calls, texts, and these guys were very nice, helpful and welcoming. We are more than happy with their service, their technicians and their weekend response. Also, Shane and Donny were very clean, neat and if not for the new system we wouldn't have known they were here. Fast.

Super impressed with Velocity Air! Jarrett was awesome at replacing a Capacitor in one of our units ... and then trouble-shooting a freon leak in our other unit. Roberto was fantastic with replacing the Evap Coil. And all done within a day or two, start to finish ... when other companies were telling us it would be a week before they could even get someone to our home ... and then another week or two for parts! The entire Velocity team was responsive, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Absolutely happy to share my experience and recommend Velocity Air!
