I’m super easy going. One of the guys working the front desk was dishonest about what parts my car needed. They put parts on my car that were not needed to increase the bill. For example they said with any new brake job on a Canadian car, all 4 callipers need replacing. That’s a ridiculous statement and not true. I won’t be going back.

I had AAA tell me that the battery I got from Stouts back in May of 2021 was bad. So I took it back to them. They replaced the battery with no problems. He even pumped up my tires for me. Thank you for your Great service!

True 5 star service! I broke down in front of their shop and it was my lucky day! John took my car in right away and diagnosed it. My transmission had gone out, and John was knowledgeable and honest enough to tell me to contact Nissan, as it may still be under warranty. John answered all my questions and provided me all needed information to contact Nissan and made me feel at home while waiting for the outcome. My car is still under warranty, so I didn’t have it serviced here, but I will surely be giving them all of my business moving forward. Stand up guys!! You can feel confident bringing your vehicles here for service! Did I mention there was absolutely ZERO charge for all of their help? If I could give more than 5 stars I surely would!!
