I booked online for the top to bottom cleaning. Overall, the things that were cleaned looked great. But several things were missed or skipped? The service said 4 hours. The team was there for 3 hours. When they asked me to check their work before leaving it was very awkward. I wasn’t about to call them out. I typically avoid confrontation and didn’t feel like I should be the one to tell them SIMPLE things that were missed. For example: the cupboards were cleaned over my sink, but the cupboards above the stove weren’t cleaned at all. The floors were swept and not mopped. The coffee table in the living room was never wiped down. And some parts of the house were vacuumed, while others were not. What WAS cleaned looked fantastic: mirrors, countertops, toilets, ceiling cobwebs, etc. but I really think they missed wiping all surfaces down. I live in a two bedroom apartment and they had an hour left of the time remaining. In my opinion, there was no excuse to not walk back through and double check everything in its entirety. :( The team also showed up late. I have mixed feelings on using this company again.

They were prompt and communicative leading up to the cleaning and listened to what I pointed out when they arrived. Excellent cleaners, very friendly, and I really love the fact that they are up front about costs! They also managed to get rid of this ridiculous stain/gunk on the stove that we’ve literally been trying to scrape off for 2 years that other cleaners couldn’t do a thing about, so that was an excellent surprise. Will happily book again!

Apply a small amount of peanut butter 3/4 of a spoon or less. Then rub gum real good, let it sit for a couple minutes then remove it with a white cloth or White paper cloth. then apply a wet cloth mixed with dawn soap on top of the peanut butter. Do not rub it or else it could create a stain. Let it sit so it absorbs the oils out of peanut butter and gum, clean the remaining’s with a dry cloth white cloth. Once carpet fibers are dry, brush them out.
