Horrible customer service. I should’ve read the reviews before even giving them a call. I called to inquire about a specific part I needed for my stillen manifold and basically refused to sell me the part unless I buy the whole intercooler. What a joke. Good luck with even trying to reach a representative. And when you do they give you an attitude and basically push you away. If this is how stillen runs their company they shouldn’t even be in business.

I think this is an owner who only cares about the super rich clients. I want to mod my Infiniti but after looking at the reviews I am concerned about the price and more important the customer service. the owner is probably talking directly to the super rich and is disregarding the regularly folks who are calling regularly to the office.

Honestly. POS company. Great products absolutely horrible customer service. Bought a product for 200$ usd. Was assured that they would charge me extra for brokerage and duties so i wouldnt have to pay them when they came to canada. Of course they come to canada and i owe 100 cad for these duties and taxes now when i paid 105$usd. Impossible to get in contact with them now and the sales guy Kenny will not respond to any of my emails to fix the commercial invoices amount. They basically scammed me legally and nobody is going to chase them, instead ill be sent to collections if i dont pay regardless of my evidence. Absolute dog s*** of a company. Will never buy products from them again.

Stillen is a good company. Nothing against them. However in the world of tuning, performance and customer service they are left behind in the dust. Over the years that I have to deal with them over my supercharger which I believe they are using the Eaton M90 chassis and modifying the ecu and other components, their sales guys just don't know what you are talking about. I think I know more than their sales guys. Its disappointing. However their parts are okay, nothing that will blow your socks do. Long story short if I had to modify my car with any aftermarket components, Stillen would be towards the bottom of my list. However, I will give them 3 starts because they still painstakingly pull through.
