This place is the worst they would change your P.O. box and don't tell you. When ask about it they smile in your face like is not there problem. I though government jobs were supposed to be legit. I guess not. Sometimes people hate their own jobs and make it worst for others, every one in this place should be replaced. I never thought this would happen in a government type job, but I guess in this place people don't care they just want to be paid.

Used to be good, not anymore. I'm still waiting for a rmv ID from over a month ago. And my husband went to the RMV a day after me and he got his 2 wks ago. I guess it depends on whose hands the mail falls. Also, there's no informed delivery. The Lawrence post office used to work like clockwork. The employees were serious about their jobs. I don't know what's going on here, if they are short staffed or if the new crew isn't doing their jobs. I see a lot of new faces of post office workers. They even featured the Lawrence post office in one of the main Spanish channel local news due to bad service. Not cool. Lawrence post office was a very reputable entity, and I hope that it gets back to that

Revised Exopath
A few weeks ago I ordered a package which was supposed to be delivered the 10th of December. The address was incorrect so I called them and explained. I paid $15 to get my address changed and they said I was all set. On the 10th minutes after it was reported out for delivery, I received an email saying the address is wrong and that it was being sent back to the sender after I paid $15 to change it and they said I was fine. I called them again and all they said was that They couldn’t do anything about it. Not only did they steal my money, I never got my item. Flash Forward to today the 15th I received the same email again saying it’s getting sent back to the sender. In that case if it’s still here, why can’t I get my package? It makes no sense and it was very important too. Horrible costumer service.

I think they send it back to you but it takes a while
What do you mean by lost? Sometimes they have to use fill in carriers who are unfamiliar with the route so there can be mis placed packages. If you call the post office they can pin point the delivery point of where the package was scanned. Just provide a tracking number!
