I found the fellow running it father or son or brother not sure. to be very rude and abrupt. He kept telling me he couldn't find me in the computer when I had work done there less than 2 years ago then he accused me of having work done there and not paying for it which I had to prove him wrong. He was totally inept on the computer and very little information over the phone don't think I'm bringing my vehicle there for repairs. Poor telephone etiquette all around.

I Recently had a car painted at Maaco Lawrence and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I had bought a Mercedes recently that looked ok but nothing special. The hood was faded and the clearcoat was peeling on the bumpers. I met Sara who was very knowledgeable, and she walked me through all the paint issues and gave me what was a very fair price. She made it a point to set my expectations that with the prior paint the results wouldn't be perfect. I got the car back Tuesday and it looks Awesome! My son commented it looks new. They removed all the flaking clearcoat and the paint looks great everywhere. I would have no reservations whatsoever in bringing other cars to Sara and will likely bring My sons in for a paint job as well based on this experience
