My overall experience is excellent. I had been a member for a year now. The lockers and the men's locker room need maintenance and the steam room keeps breaking down, though, they are trying to get it fixed. But the rest of the gym is clean, organized, with an effective setup, and great staff!

This gym is beautiful!! First of all and the people there are very friendly! I love how clean and tidy it is and I feel welcome and comfortable to go to the gym !! It’s an awesome place to go !! I recommend 10/10💪🏻

Simply put FLOW Fitness in Lawrence is the BEST! The staff there are so personable, non-judgemental, helpful, and most importantly very supportive. I personally love the group classes because they motivate me to push myself to the next level. I love how clean the space is ALL THE TIME. I also love the different challenges that happen throughout the year to keep us motivated and on track, hey I even won a free month at the end of 2021! Can't beat that.
