The best health care I have ever received. Dr. St. Louis could be teaching at Harvard but choses to help people. Not only is he brilliant he is truly empathic. RN Julissa is a gift she goes way beyond her job to truly care for her patients. Julissa is so kind she genuinely cares as does Dr. St. Louis. Thank you.

If you wanna wait 2-3 hrs to be seen just to go in a room for 5-15 mins and be sent home to just have to come back 9 out of 10 due to not being checked right and misdiagnosed it's gone down hill especially since the pandemic Everytime I make an appointment it's almost never with our doctor and the excuse is he has no appointments it's crazy changing clinics and not to mention the last doctor that seen us looked and smelled like he lives in the streets and doesn't shower they are remodeling not sure why when the service is horrible what they need is to change 98 percent of the staff then we're talking I can keep on but will stop here you be the judge

Worst clinic I have Ben very slow nurses lied to me I had to wait a few minutes to be call after 2 hrs I was call just to get vitals again they said I was next another lie I wait for 2 more hrs unfortunately I have to live the place people were angry kids were desperate and in pain it was scary Nurses receiving family members as visitors While people were trying to make questions Please look for a better place to go this is not a good clinic to bring your kids and families

The doctor called the wrong phone number for a phone visit, then cancelled my appointment. Was on hold for over an hour trying to rectify this. At 2pm they say they can schedule me tomorrow and I can't be taken care of today. I just needed a 5 minute phone call so that I could get a referral. I'm in pain and this is blatant apathy and neglect. I don't think they care about anyone there and I've never been made to feel so devalued. My time meant nothing to them and I wasted my whole day. I'm ultimately disgusted. This was the third time this sort of carelessness happened to me here. They told me to go to the ER if i was in pain, I don't think the overcrowded emergency rooms would appreciate me showing up for a muscle/hip/back problem, and I don't think that's the right course of treatment, on top of the fact that I risk unnecessarily exposing myself to whatever sicknesses are floating around a hospital.
