Urgent “care” but there’s a sign outside your door at 2:30 PM saying you’re closed because your wait time exceeds your hours of operation? (Closes at 4:30 PM) Way to provide accessible “care” to the community once again Pentucket! 03/02/22 - "We are experiencing a high volume of calls right now" - 9:54 on hold until answered, then despite what the menu said, I got connected to internal medicine before I was told I'd have to reenter the queue. Oh yeah, your Reputation.com account plug-in on your website is down. Maybe you should spend the money on hiring staff? That's if you cared about your patients at all.

Everything about the experience was good except it took way to long to be soon. I’m sure they were busy. The nurse practitioner even said “that took way too long”. The rest of the care was good and glad I could get an appointment on a Saturday.

Don't get me wrong i like my Dr but they seriously lack with follow up and or following through with people's needs . Not to mention the horrible automated service and some of the receptionists some of them have snarky attitudes and are rude quick to make you go back through the automated service without listening to you . One option is press "0" for a call back and it hangs up . "Yeah" another 45 minutes waiting for a receptionist to answer but no they sit there looking at the pretty red lights . I've been there and seen it. Save the pretty red lights for Christmas for god sake ...

I arrived about 10 minutes early for my coronavirus testing and called to let them know I was there. Someone came out within just a few minutes and the test took only about 15 seconds! I was finished before my appointment was even supposed to start. The nurse must have been very good because I was nervous for the test and it was not uncomfortable or painful at all. Great experience!

My pcp dosent request an appt. If you go to urgent care you shouldn't need an appt.
