LoftFive50 is a great property intended to help low income folks in the lawrence area. Unfortunately it has fallen into predatory practices under the new site administration. Management has enacted a new parking policy under the guise of “not having enough parking spaces.” The reality is that the new office staff has a personal/business relationship with the assigned towing company, and has implemented this new parking ordinance in order to provide the towing company with extra business. Prior to the change in policy, the parking lot averaged between 20-30 unused parking spaces each night, plus 3-5 unused visitor spots. Now, there are at least 40-50 empty spots each night, yet the tow company finds cars to tow every Friday by 9pm, by waiting for visitors to park outside the visitors area (even after the policy was relaxed a bit). This is disgustingly predatory, specially in a property that is suppose to be for low income residents (People who may already be cash strapped, getting stripped of whatever little disposable income they might have or whatever money is set aside for bills). I have lived at and have loved this property since it’s inception. It’s really disheartening to see what this new administration is doing. I hope someone in the Winn higher offices can take note and step in and help us residents.

I have lived for four years and love the spacious apartment. When something needs to be fixed, maintenance is right on top of it. Sara speaks to you with the upmost respect and listens to help you solve any problems/ concerns you may have. Jenny, the secretary, is great in the same sense.

I’ve been apartment searching for the past 5 months and it hasn’t been easy. Today I called Loft Five50 and spoke with Jennifer. Jennifer, informed me about the waitlist for her site which is WAY to long for me to wait, however she did help me with other resources in the area and Lowell as well. Jennifer, was pleasant and very informative. 5 STARS

Jenny the assistant from the office she really good in what she is doing at the office super available super friendly and welcome everytime we go to the office just for a simple question. Also she make sure that any request we do is done and complete. We are so lucky that she is there working with Sarah and the team in our building.
