Not reliable at all. They say they will pick up your package and after waiting and confirming all day. They call at last minute 8pm to tell you that they can't pick up your package because customers that were going to send 1 now are sending 10 packages even though they only reserved to send one. Due to this they now have no room to send your package that was actually reserved. Terrible customer service. The person I spoke to needs training on how to work with customer. Springfield location.

The price of the boxes is based on the volume per cubic feet. The small box costs $ 70, the median of 27 inches $ 125, the Jumbo or closet box $ 175. Those are the most popular. By invoice you can send 1 oil and one free rice. Regards,
