After my cousin test drove a Ford C MAX for me, I called and Connie took a deposit. We travelled from OOS and drove. John was there for our test drive. There were a few glitches that were worked on. Still awaiting a second key fob, but was promised one by FedEx when made. When we went back to pickup the car Jeff P helped with the paperwork. Although John promised before he went OOT that our agreed price was in the computer, it wasn't found. After some calls and texts to John, Jeff P had things rolling, even with the car in the pouring rain! Connie finished up the paperwork and we had our new car. Could have been smoother process, but would consider purchasing from Keller Auto Sales again. 7/6/2022. Received a dummy key fob which would never work on the laser cut door locks for my Ford C-Max. Had to go local and have one made $330. I feel 2 sets of keys (fobs) should come with a vehicle. There was sufficient time from time of deposit to purchase for that to happen. Otherwise, I thank Keller for working with us OOT to purchase a nice vehicle. Very pleased with it and would consider again purchasing from Keller's Auto Sales Savannah GA
