I had an amazing experience shopping with CarMax in Savannah, GA. Ebonique was my sales associate and let me tell you how amazing she is! She answered my one hundred questions about purchasing a vehicle and was very patient with me! She helped me from start to finish, being flexible with scheduling, amazing/fast communication via text messages and calls before I ever arrived! It was her day off, and she STILL came in to help me out and finalize my vehicle purchase. I had ordered 2 vehicles to be transferred to this location. She helped make the whole process very smooth with the incoming transfers and making sure that I loved the one I chose. There were very minor scratches in the top coat of the car I chose and I asked if those could be buffed out. She had the technicians take care of it and got my approval before signing! One of the key fob batteries was dead and she replaced it for me. I drove off with the biggest smile on my face so grateful that the process was as smooth and easy as it was!

This depends on if you qualify to finance thru CarMax. They will try to qualify you in-house first(buy here pay here). But if not, whichever company you finance with may have their own payment options.
yes any car you have.. you will get the best price, but sometimes not the price you expect. it all depends on the age, mileage, warranty, and the care you gave it when you owned the car..
From the main campus downtown they are roughly a 15 minute drive.
Any appraisal done on a vehicle by Carmax is good for seven days, after seven days they will re-appraise the vehicle to make sure there were no changes to the vehicle. 30 days is not the answer, never has been never will be.
If you look online...they will list the transfer fee from another location to the location you set as your preferred location. I must admit after our family has purchased 3 vehicles from the Savannah location...I will never recommend them to anyone. The service after the sale is nonexistent to say the least. I'll travel to Jacksonville from now on. The service is much better. Oh their warranty is misleading. They'll quote up to 100K....but if the car has 60K you only have a 40K warranty. Please read before signing.
