I have the same issue I had to go in there in person to get an appointment. They said their phones were broken

I agree. But, showing up on location, if possible, if vehicle is functional is better. It's a pandemic! Employers are caught up with employees who are leaving for better paying jobs or opportunities and organizations, it's a pandemic. Some people are sick . Sure, bring your car but do you want to leave with COVID19? Be upset with Donald Trump not the dealership.
