This cannot be it! There is NO WAY i can be calling the service department and I cannot get an answer over 1 week. Absolutely NO WAY! How do you sell cars, but when we need these cars to get serviced, no one answers. That's is just UNACCEPTABLE!

I agree. But, showing up on location, if possible, if vehicle is functional is better. It's a pandemic! Employers are caught up with employees who are leaving for better paying jobs or opportunities and organizations, it's a pandemic. Some people are sick . Sure, bring your car but do you want to leave with COVID19? Be upset with Donald Trump not the dealership.
