Shayla or sheila (more description she wears a red coat and I think she’s a manager) in bakery is terrible. Honestly satan. She needs to be better. She doesn’t deserve a job here because she’s extremely rude. My husband AND MYSELF, Came to this store she doesn’t deserve to be in this position. I’ve came her and she was so rude to my husband. Who does that?!? I will TRY to avoid her when I come here weekly. She never wears her name tag so I’m not sure if it is sheila or shayla. I come in this store weekly and every single time she’s just there. Taking up space. You would think she’d be nicer to customers!! Absolute shame. Her body language with me as I ordered food… Made me uncomfortable and feel out of place .

Terrible service the worse bagging job ever it just doesn’t make sense the the guy put the fruit and vegetables on the bottom of the shopping cart this happens to me a lot of time in this market not to mention the cashier are very rude and unprofessional plus they out of stock on some products like Lactate milk and coffee creamer (coffee maté French vanilla) they didn’t have any Black Forest ham and when you ask them for something they seemed to be anointed by the customer they really need to trained their employees better and showed them some respect as well I don’t recommend this market on Essex st in Lawrence to anybody their service is the worst
