We have been here for just over 6 months now. We moved from another Charlotte neighborhood + this location BY FAR has the best maintenance staff we have EVER encountered. We have a pup + we walk by the trash on our morning walks every day. Each day, our lovely maintenance staff has the area cleaned, to the point that I don’t have to second guess if our boy is safe to walk by with trash or broken glass. I see the gentleman (sorry I didn’t get your name) every day take pride in his work + that is something hard to find nowadays. The man deserves a raise! Absolutely incredible + we are honored to live here because of him - thank you!

I have absolutely loved living at Overton Row! Their events always make me feel at home and I've met some awesome people through them. I also love how on top of it the leasing office is. Anytime I have a question or need to get a parking pass, they are so quick to respond. It's been an amazing experience and I wouldn't wanna live anywhere else in Charlotte

so far, overton row has been amazing. my boyfriend have been here for almost 2 weeks and it’s been bliss. Friendly neighbors. Friendly staff. Clean!!!!!!!! My washer machine stopped randomly working, the maintenance manager , Chris, and his team immediately came and took care of it. All with a smile. My boyfriend and i have been extremely satisfied here. Best decision we made :)

I love living at Overton Row. I have lived here for almost 3 years and it has been my favorite apartment complex that I have lived at. And I have lived all over the U.S.-from L.A. to CT to Charlotte. The staff is great and I love all of the events. Anytime I have had an issue with plumbing, etc., the maintenance staff has been very responsive and have fixed whatever the issue has been very quickly. I also love the neighborhood. Everything is in walking distance so my puppy and I are taking great walks. I highly recommend living at Overton Row.
