Went into the rent office for the 3rd time within the month and spoke to the leasing agent. I’m not sure why I haven’t received the early renewal price from Maria yet after speaking to her on 6/14/2022. I gave my maintenance work orders to the property manager, the assistant and the leasing agent again for the 2nd time throughout the month and maintenance still has yet to complete them. I never had any issues and always loved it here but for some reason these past two months things have went downhill. Work orders were always completed within 24 hrs, no more than 72 hours at the longest. The office staff always got back to me in a timely manner. I just seemed to be getting the run around now. I tried to give grace since the entire staff is new but I’m not sure what else to do. It seems the office staff will not give me the early renewal price and they can’t get maintenance to complete their orders. So after a month of trying, I had no other option as a paying tenant but to write on here and pray I can get an answer and the work orders completed. It’s honestly not even fair at this point and very sad to work this hard to get service when I’m a paying tenant.

My boyfriend and I lived at these apartments for a little under 4 years and unfortunately, I just received a letter stating that they sent me to collections over $25 that they can't even tell me what for. I've called and asked many times with no response. During COVID, they closed their pool and all other amenities to residents and there was absolutely no compensation for these closed amenities given we were still paying for them the entire time. Not to mention that since we moved out and had our mail forwarded, the apartment held onto a package for at least a month because they couldn't "find a good time" to get it to USPS. Overall, the previous management and Nina were wonderful; but, within the past 2 years this place has really gone downhill and anyone who sends a past resident to collections over $25 dollars is rather pathetic, not to mention a long time resident who tried to give them the benefit of the doubt until now. I hope this helps any potential residents when making their decisions about where to live.

Awful. I have been trying to get my deposit for over three months. Check they sent was stale dated and they have yet to reissue a refund, giving me excuses each time I call. I literally called them 15 times in the last 3 months. I give up! Beware!

My experience has been great so far! Karissa helped me with the initial move and she is very nice and helpful! I have not had any maintenance issues at all. The property is very neat and organized. I would definitely recommend. Lidl is a 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive which is a bonus!

We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $350 pet fee for the first pet and $250 for the second. Pet rent is $10 per pet per month. Breed Restrictions Apply. There is a weight limit of 100 pounds per apartment, and aggressive breeds are prohibited. Please call our leasing office for complete Pet Policy.
