A nice apartment community in the university area of North Charlotte. Convenient to North Charlotte, I-85, and the Uptown area. Very nice amenities including a nice pool area, Clubhouse, and fitness center. A good place to land when coming to Charlotte.

I enjoy the quietness of the community and the safety. So far I have had an amazing experience for the time I have been here and I am thankful for finding a place to stay in such short notice. Listed are the areas of improvements for this property: The poor parking 3/10: If you are in a unit with a private entrance, then you do not have this problem. Those in apartments, good luck! If you come home before 8, you have a great chance of finding parking without a long walk. The cleanliness 5/10: There is an excess of trash around the property and pet waste. The hallways are kept in poor conditions as well. Almost makes me embarrassed when I have guests over. Staff professionalism: 4/10: The experience that I have had with management has been subpar. I had my move in date postponed a day because of the lack of regard. It almost appears as if they do not care. Some are rude and inconsiderate. I will not count this against staff that have gone the extra mile to accommodate me during my time here. As a result, I am contemplating renewal. After all, rent prices are soaring and it is insult to injury being treated poorly by management. Especially when you spend your hard earned money to live somewhere. Maintenance: 7/10: I have had the experience or having my maintenance issues resolved immediately but then there were times where some staff do the bare minimum. I had to get my closet repaired three times and I had to beg after waiting a week after putting the request in. To offset the disappointment, I have had some staff do an exceptional job. I hope this review helps someone. As I mentioned before; rent prices are soaring. I want people to have a wonderful experience at a place they call home. Especially if you are spending your hard earned money!

I’ve been here for a little over 2 years & love this place. All of the office people are nice and respond quickly. Tyrone is the best!
