My fiend and I went ready to rent a 1 bedroom and leasing agent refused to shows us she said to wait until Monday because she is not taking tours because she has back to back tours when she didn’t had anyone there. It will be ideal to have that information in the website stating that you are not showing if you don’t have an appointment. We leased elsewhere today!

Google will not let me leave a thorough review, so here is a summary. Breezeways are filthy and littered with trash, chewed gum, tobacco spit, and liquid from people's trash. Maintenance was very rude when I called to have them fix their lock when the batteries ran out on a Sunday. Rules are not enforced, so cigarette and weed smoke are common in units and breezeways. The office also solicits 5 star reviews, so take them with a grain of salt. For the price, you can do better.

This is my second time around living at Wren. The first time around, I loved it. I had to move prematurely because the family above me had kids that were extremely loud and noisy. This time around, I'm still loving it thus far. I wish they had elevators though, especially at buildings that have 4 floors. That much be a pain to make it to the top using the stairs. Besides that, the staff my first time around and now are really nice and helpful.

DANGEROUS! I’ve lived here for 10 months now and in that time have seen countless drug deals going down and sketchy people floating around the complex at all hours of the day. Today, 5 residents, including myself had their vehicles broken …Hi Stuart, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a Google review. Your feedback is very important to us. I regret to hear that your car was one of the ones broken into last night. Unfortunately, with the holidays all of Charlotte tends to see a higher number of car breaks-ins. We always encourage residents to be sure to keep their doors locked and to never leave valuables in their cars unattended. Unfortunately, crime has no address and although we take the necessary steps to be proactive, such as hiring a team that is vigilant in their patrols of the community, we cannot guarantee that it won't occur here. The patrol team is here multiple times throughout the night and can be contacted directly if need be by calling the office and selecting option #4. We ask that if you see any suspicious or illegal activity that you do not hesitate to call 911. I have made the patrol team aware of what has happened and we have sent communication to the community with some safety tips and reminders. Upon speaking with the CMPD officer today, we have been informed this is happening at the surrounding communities as well.
