Decent and safe place to live besides the poor exterior upkeep (Maintenance works very hard though!!). Found out yesterday that I'm being forced out in 4 months so they can upgrade the apartment for future tenants. Didn't even get an offer to stay. Love that reward for 2 years of staying here! Also, loving the lack of sleep I get listening to the fine tunes of early morning tossing of fragile objects from high places (renovation is extremely disruptive)

I could not be more excited about calling a place my home then I am about Heather Ridge... first of all, when I walked into the office, I was greeted with nothing but warm smiles and an energetic atmosphere making me feel like a rock star {may be a little bit overblown, but you get the point 😏} Terrika Howard walked me through the process of applying for the apartment and made sure the transition was smooth, then it didn't stop there but made sure the move-in process went smooth as well, going above and beyond... after moving in, the surroundings seem very peaceful and even ran into a few friendly greetings... I also love that there are so many businesses surrounding the complex within walking distance... the apartment itself has all the things that I could only imagine an apartment having, including a washer and dryer {not just a hookup}, a balcony, storage and updated stainless steel appliances... I highly value a peace of mind and if you do, this is the place to be...✨💖 and in addition to this, I had a minor maintenance issue that I sent in a request for and the next day Starlin and Will came out to, not only discover, but resolve and then thoroughly check around to make sure that there were no other issues that would lead to any other future problems from that one... these guys were very courteous and respectful... my stay here has been very pleasant and peaceful thus far... ✨

Ridiculous price increase on 2X2!! Increase from $1000 to $1500??? $500 per month increase may not mean much to you but it certainly does to the average tenant.!!
