Yards at Noda has a solid community that is equally made possible by the leasing team, staff, and residents. I've worked with Caleb each of the last two times my lease was up, and Caleb handled anything and everything with ease for the smoothest leasing experiences. If Noda is your target, then Yards is your place. That's the best advice that anyone could offer.

Best complex to live in in Charlotte! We toured many other complexes around the city before choosing Yards. From our experiences, The Yards at Noda is definitely the best complex we found. Great community, friendly management, great amenities and walking distance to everything in Noda! Overall, 10/10.

I just signed my third lease at Yards at Noda and could not be happier with living at this complex! I truly don't have a negative thing to say in the two years I've been here so far. Office staff is always nice and attentive, maintenance is quick and keeps you updated, and the complex itself is SO nice and kept up. Would recommend living here to anyone! Best spot in Noda hands down!!!

Currently in month 6 of a 15 month lease, and Yards has not dissappointed. The price is right, the facility is really well laid out, and the staff is full of great people. Any work requests are usually handled promptly. We have had a few more work requests to place than I would have anticipated, but considering that all were handled quickly we have no complaints. There is one complaint alone about Yards, and it is one echoed elsewhere: please get a gate or add stairs or do something that makes the 36th rail station easier to access. It won't happen during my lease I don't think, but it would be great. Great building, great staff. No hesitation to recommend to others.
