The move in experience was fast & easy . I did have an incident after moving in but the manager was very helpful & it was handled in a timely manner 🙏🏾 *Update: over 3 weeks later & im still waiting on a refund . Now they are saying they have no control over LMS parking, which is true, but if you spoken to them & it has been weeks… you wouldn’t reach out again as a courtesy to a resident paying over 3 grand in rent to see if the refund was actually processed?? - my guest was towed after the signs posted told him to go to front desk.. within 30 minute he was booted & the postings werent valid, along with the info given to the Concerige wasn’t valid- Also they only came up with a fake solution so I would change my review but I’m not changing it again! THIS ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED SINCE IT BEGIN 02/23 & TODAY IS 3/14 😑😑😑😑😑 Update: packages locked up & my business is delayed because they left early !!! Now I have to do hundreds of orders on Monday instead of simply getting most out today & tomorrow. They literally caused me to be slammed . Hurricane doesn’t stop at 3pm , so to leave early only means they wanted an early “safe” weekend

We received an amazing tour of Ascent Uptown from Bryce. The building and amenities are very impressive and well kept, while the staff that we met were very helpful and extremely friendly. Both our tour and the apartment building itself were wonderful!

4/11/22 Update: 4* our of 5. Reason for rating increase from 1* to 3* to 4*: Although we had a very bad onboarding experience, our living experience has been excellent. The staff is very cordial, housing quality is consistently high over multiple months and amenities continue to amaze us. 12/25/21 Update: 3* out of 5. Pros: 1. Great location with excellent views 2. Elegant floorplans and 'good looking' interiors 3. Sophisticated facilities - Clubhouse, Concierge. Cons: 1. Onboarding experience is sub-par. Eg: pre move-in cleaning is not good despite repeated emails with pics. 2. Interiors durability is low. eg: kitchen and bathroom vents making sounds, closets not opening/closing. The team has heard our concerns and fixed a few issues including cleaning. A few things like kitchen/bathroom vents and closets are still not fixed. Original review: 1* out of 5. Our experience was VERY BAD, to say the least. My wife and I signed a lease, picked up the keys recently and checked the unit that we are moving into. We were alarmed by the uncleanliness esp during covid time and we immediately left the unit and checked into a hotel last night. The Unit has not been cleaned properly, with stains in the living room, coat closet and laundry dryer. There were some belongings of previous resident stuck inside closet including a shirt. The restrooms are not cleaned, especially behind the toilet seat and below the sink area. Equipment is not properly fixed and hanging out (eg: Bathroom shower head and main room door stopper). Kitchen Microwave and stove are unclean - we saw a few hairs on the stove. Fridge is not cleaned. Kitchen closets are not cleaned. There are a lot of clearly visible stains everywhere! We don't think the unit was properly sanitized too. Overall, it is VERY DISAPPOINTING to see a property like Ascent in this condition.
