The worst place I ever lived in. Management and the property I would give -0. Move in the apartment was filthy floor our feet were black the tubs were dirty spiders and spider webs everywhere. We getting big as soon as we walked in. We had to wait until the next day to call bc it was after hours. Called management had no sense of urgency. We were getting but up including my 3 year old who would wake up screaming with bite marks. The upstairs neighbor was so loud it felt like they were falling through the ceiling. Told management about everything said they would send pest control never did. We only been there a week and no accommodations were made. Management basically said and acted like because we were black we should just deal with it. I do believe if we were white or any other race mountains would have been moved to make us feel comfortable. We paid a full months rent and only stayed a week after getting bit up and noisy neighbors and they still wanted to charge us $2500 for leaving. Totally unfair as no changes were made on their end. I wouldn’t recommend moving here. As you look around the place is run down and have a lot of leaks. The property gives want to be luxury but it’s really on the level of a run down section 8 property. Management definitely does not check to see if the units have been cleaned before new tenants move in. They don’t even deserve 1 stars.

Sort by recent reviews and you can see this place has gone downhill fast. Fruit flies fly circles around you in the elevator. They don't care about fixing people's AC but the AC in the manager office works real nice.

They let homeless sleep in the lobby smells like garbage is legit gross look somewhere else

No positives at Gateway West. 1 star for the property. ZERO stars for the owner/operator FCA. As seen in many other independent reviews, Gateway West is not Luxury. It’s 285 apartments mismanaged. The complex terminated the previous property manager, a professional experienced business person and replaced him with an inexperienced one. Don’t rent here. It’s expensive and undesirable. Bottom line, FCA only cares about two things. Greed and Money.
