An apartment is an apartment, and I’m not one to critique every little thing as there are going to be issues with any community style living. However, there are a few issues about this apartment complex I did want to share that I would want to know. 1) My apartment faces the courtyard. It is a very small, closed courtyard with all of the apartments facing each other. All sound reverberates - and 4/7 nights of the week my sleep is interrupted or I am not able to fall asleep due to music, noise, dogs barking on balconies, or people leaving their doors open watching TV. Of course, all management can do is remind people of quiet hours - so just a heads up that if you choose the courtyard with the intention of it being quieter than facing the street, it is quite the opposite. 2) Amentity fees at this time total $125. (Valet trash, cable/internet, pest control, and an amenity fee). All new leases and renewals will also have a $28/month mandatory package delivery service. So you will need to add $153 to the rent prices you are seeing. 3) There is constantly trash and animal waste in the garage and stairwells. Management has sent out reminder emails to not leave trash and to clean up after pets, but again - only so much they can do.

This is by far the worst place I have ever lived in my entire existence. They present themselves as if they are luxury and are indeed far from that in the living and the way they conduct business. Since living here the place has been to rough 2 leasing companies both of which are unprofessional and rude. They lack in respect, communication and honestly cleanliness. Kind of ghetto.. the elevators and garage are always broken. Trash is always left out in the garage and around the buildings. They don’t keep up with landscape. People leave notes on the walls all over the garage and in the elevators. If you value your sleep or have kids I highly recommend you pass due to the continuous fire alarms going off. All of which are never explained and are “false alarms”. Seriously people don’t even leave the building anymore and would be at risk to a real fire because it’s been such a joke to us all. The has stayed dirty since new management as well. Life can be a hard thing to endure and times keep getting crazier. Home is supposed to be your safe place. Turn away! Believe me. It’s not worth your time or money.

Took a big jump watching this new management company do what they do! Can’t wait for all the exciting renovations for the pool and clubhouse. Especially love the resident events and the staff is amazing. Mallory has been so helpful and accommodating with everything I have needed from A to Z and then some. 10 out of 10 recommend. 2023 is going to be a big year for this property!
