Don't move here. If you want a city view or hangout at the pool be aware that you will hear a loud noise from the driveway grate below. When a car drives over it and they often do it makes a very loud noise. The 1st day that I moved in I asked a Camden agent if that was going to be fixed and was told on numerous occasions yes it will and it has not been fixed. If you own a car be ready to pay for parking although they do not monitor the parking deck. There are cars that have expired tags, flat tires and are so dirty that tenants are drawing on them. I sent an email stating there were numerous cars without the proper sticker to park here I was asked by a staff member to take pictures of the cars and email it to them. They never tow either so you can have your friends coworkers family park here for free. This is a smoke free building and I complained that someone on our floor is smoking and I was asked by a staff member to go to each door on my floor and see if I can smell the smoke and figure out what apartment it was. That's not my job I don't work for Camden, why are they asking me to do their job. My washer leaked twice and while I was on the phone with a Camden staff member I was told there was nothing that they could do and asked if I had more towels to soak up the water, they finally put in a new washer. Oh and they charged my account over $7000 after I moved out and they were like oops sorry we will refund your money in about 6 to 10 business days my opinion they don't care about the tenants and only want your money I would give Banks the maintenance team member 5 stars but not Camden. MAA has an apartment complex down the street. Their gym is bigger and they actually do things for residents, wine tasting, group outings, etc.

Unreasonable fees that add up: valet trash, recycle fees for a place that has NO recycling! Regularly smelling vape and weed in the elevators and hallways. Two elevators to 180 units and one was down repeatedly, once for 3 weeks including the week I moved out. Movers had to take the long route when charging by time. Elevator door smashed my finger and they did nothing about. They say no pets policy and pets are everywhere, which is fine, but I know applicants that were not accepted because they have pets. Noise and parties at 2AM. I cancelled the lease and had to pay one full month for ending it 2 months early.

Easy move in process and Xavier was extremely helpful and friendly. The community is quiet and the location is very well maintained. I love it here 😇
