I live in the townhomes and it's honestly not as bad as the other reviewers are saying. I feel safe here because of the gate, my room is pretty big, and parking isn't that bad. I'm not the biggest fan of their dumpster piling up or the condition the carpet is in, but my space isn't dirty.

Ebony, Nick, Mr. Tyrone and the entire staff here are fantastic. Any issues I've had, they've addressed immediately. The grounds are well kept and the property is safe. Everyone in management is responsive, friendly and has been respectful to me and family.

I just moved in 3 days ago & I am not impressed. This is my 3rd apartment ever and I have never moved into an apartment that was dirty. My bathroom was disgusting. I know for a fact that maintenance & the leasing office are supposed to make sure that the room and common area is clean. I just received an email this morning with a bunch of excuses as to why my part of the apartment wasn’t clean. On top of that I have a protective order against an individual & I brought it to the leasing office for them to make a copy of it & it took 20 minutes for 2 people to copy 2 pieces of paper & on top of that they were arguing the entire time. I don’t know their names but the black woman who worked in the office last night was so nasty and rude. I can already tell it’s going to be issues between me & the leasing office. Also my mattress is hard as a rock. On top of all of that, I already placed 2 maintenance requests & maintenance still hasn’t showed up.If I could break my lease I would & I wish I could give them 0 stars. Save your time and money & move somewhere else.

Very upset parent ! They do not tell you everything about these apartments. My daughter moved in August 19th and had to pay 714 for the TWELVE days she stayed there. they offered either a gift card or rent comp but when she asked about it they gave very vague answers. They emailed her about it and all of a sudden she doesn’t qualify for it. They only care about money. They told her “ in order for us to get equal payments we must charge for the twelve days” at full price ? a RIP OFF! If i would have known that we would have went else where because this is the only place that does this.
