The Mezzanine’s at Freedom is truly a place to call home! David in Maintenance has done an outstanding job with completing my work orders, always in a timely manner with outstanding professionalism. Ms. Jeanette is the most caring Manager, always happy to assist! I moved here in May and I’m extremely grateful for the staff in all they do for our Community! Thanks Team Mezzanine!

Jeanette, Sam and Tierra has been phenomenal as a staff, the community activities that they have put together has really showed how they value us as tenants. When I have needed assistance no matter what it was they have always tried to help me and my kids and I greatly appreciate them. Thank you Team for all that you do!!!

I have live at the Mezzanine for 1 year , just renewed my lease. I absolutely love my apartment especially Tiarra Graves who works in the office. Tiarra has the most friendliness personality, a bubbly spirit that you can feel her smile through the phone. Tiara gets it done, very accurate, caring and concerned of the well-being of the Tennants. That makes me feel secured and my Mangerment care about us as Tennants. Since Tiarra started working for the Mezzanine there has been nothing but positively, I'm really glad you work for us and try to help us especially if your trying to help yourself. They have been very understanding since the pandemic and provides information , resources to help you. Tiarra is definitely a people person, that's something that not taught, it's who you are good people with a good heart & spirit. This location is also great everything is convenient, restaurants, grocery stores, dry cleaners, banks, gas stations, I-85 & 77, schools, family dollars, roses, citi trends, beauty supply store, nail shops, game rooms hair shop & minutes for downtown . Thank you Mezzanine for bringing Tiarra Graves Aboard. Tiara you are awesome!

Terrible property management! Staff aren’t properly trained on the criteria needed to complete the application process. They are rude not sure if they’re not interested or simply just don’t feel like talking about the process or the property with future residents

The referral I got said I would qualify for a 24 or 30% apartment (my Disability income is $1475). On 1/27 at 9am, it’s first come, first served and there are a limited number available. There are typically long wait lists for really low rents in Charlotte. This is the quickest, best chance to get quick housing

My heart definitely goes out to you! Yes I just went there Monday becuase I got an approval several Months ago someone called and said they had a 2 bedroom for $825 when I said I couldnt take and could they call me back in December they made no mention of what could happen if I didnt take the apartment . So when I went there Monday, I talked to a rude lady, the other lady was quite nice, the rude lady said that wait list was closed in Feb and that I could look at Market rate apartments, I advised I could not afford $1050 rent. Needless to say was quite disappointed. Ms white I pray everything will work out for you!!
I was the first resident of the complex. I moved in on April 27, 2020. Bee Snappa. I was first on line. I arrived at 4am. I don't know what criteria they are using at this point, as they had more than enough people in line to fill all buildings, even the one that's not yet completed, and they are taking applications.
Possibly for a 1 bedroom.
Some HUD approved. Others are market value. $900 - $1450.
From Movement School where my daughter attends school.
