Abysmal. Do not rent here unless new management (May 2022) makes changes. EDIT 8.3.22 GVA OWNS THIS COMPLEX AMONG MANY OTHERS IN THE CLT AREA. THEY ARE TERRIBLE. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. EDIT 10.4.22 Have not received my security deposit yet, moved out 7.24.22, emailed a week ago, MANAGEMENT is supposed to be reviewing. GVA is a great example of how not to manage apartment complexes. 1. Pest control is non-existent. Roaches everywhere. 2. Advertised as a pet friendly community but only have one waste station with no bags usually. No dog park when they get plenty of pet rent/deposits that would easily pay for both. 3. Trash everywhere, left by tenants and random workers/people who hang out under the trees. The food (cooked bones!) and trash left behind is a danger to dogs. Maintenance/"trash pick up" pays no attention to detail. 4. Reports of theft and car break-ins are not taken seriously. Was advised that they work closely with CMPD (I've never seen a patrol car) and that there has to be a certain amount of reports before they come out. I do not feel safe here. 5. Ridiculous and unwelcoming pool rules, mostly because of the rude pool monitor. 6. Outdated and carpeted apartments. Pay luxury price for the bare minimum. 7. Dirty and unkept laundry facilities. Washers always out of order. 10 washers for the entire complex and only 7 work at a time. Multiple washers taken up by one family who leaves their clothes there for hours after cycle completed. Was not given the new code for 2 weeks before receiving an email that it had been changed. 8. Gym open from 10 - 10, 1 out of 3 treadmills out of order since July 2021. Very hot even with fans on. Always has an offensive smell. I do not go anymore. 9. Have emailed multiple times for multiple different issues and either ignored or given a basic, unhelpful response. 10. Garbage and recycling area is always a disgrace - trash and roaches all over. These are just a few things that CC desperately needs to improve.

I loved Coffey Creek and had an amazing onboarding experience with a caring staff in fall of 2021. However, conditions have changed significantly the past 6 months. The trash collection methods are managed poorly (see photo) which makes it embarrassing when inviting guests. The gym has 3 treadmills, but only 1 works at the moment and about half the week it's closed because the pool is closed and they share the same entrance. The people who live here though are great folks and I love my neighbors. Office staff are pleasant as well so I believe the issue must be rooted at the leadership level. Coffey Creek - I love you, please get back to what you used to be.

There's an old lady she doesn't care about any one , all staff are bad they are not human they don't care about you at all .. VERY VERY BAD PLACE TO LIVE I don't want to give them any star but I have to write a review..
