Welcome home to maa gateway! $1,300+ for Roaches, black mold, mold in the pool, and garbage everywhere you step. Not only this but MAA management, corporate and leasing team will completely ignore you and make your lease in this landfill a living hell. My maintenance requests have even been marked as complete for three months and are not fixed. Just ignored. I’ve been getting emails every. single. week. To review this place…. Here it is. Avoid moving here at allllllllllll costs. It’s a health risk and clearly nobody cares at all.

No one in the front office is ever present, there are bugs EVERYWHERE, Maintenece does a terrible job 75% of the time (not to mention there is 0 warning of them entering your home) , and something is ALWAYS broken. They are upping studio apartments to 1700 a month and for that insane pricing all I have to say it the employees better buckle up because their life is about to be a living hell. I can’t imagine paying 1700 for an apartment I can see my kitchen and bathroom from my bed in, and having some appliance or amenity broke every other day.

Every community handles resident communication independently, but a good place to start is the MAA site and the Resident Login portal. Not only can residents pay rent online, they can submit and track service requests, check out online deals, and stay connected to news and events in their community.
In general, you should hear from a leasing agent within 48 hours, but please note, processing times can be different from community to community.
Most of our communities are pet friendly and offer an array of amenities catered to pets, like pet washing stations and Bark Parks. Check out community pages for pet policies or learn more by visiting our website!
MAA has added virtual tours and self-guided tours in addition to in person with a leasing agent in order to ensure that you feel comfortable as you tour our communities. You can choose the way you want to tour each community by making a choice on the “Tour Your Way” page.
