Whitehall Crossing looks like really nice apartments to live in but they need to start with taking that office manager they have their out Marika is a problem she is very nasty and rude to people. Today they just had somebody break into their office and I’m sure it’s because of the way she talks and treats people. The way she talks to people I can see something really bad happening at those apartments because someone is targeting her and honestly seeing the way she is I won’t blame them for coming for her. She gone encounter the wrong person one of these days

I am a new tenant and as of now I've been very pleased. The property manager, Mirecka, was very professional and answered every question I had and fully informed me of of the application processes and was very friendly as well. The property is kept neat and clean and the atmosphere is peaceful. I love my new apartment! It's very large compared to other apartments in this area that are smaller and more expensive. For now, I'm very happy to call this place home.

The worse apartment complex I have lived in. At first The previous property manager Evelyn she took care of us very well. Once she left everything went down hill. The owner of the property hired a few people and they were a fail. Nothing here was stable. Not to mention you have kids running around and looking inside the apartment and playing with the mulch and throwing trash. Also at 2am in the morning you have a couple coming in sitting at the table smoking & drinking and they have bags with them like if they are homeless. I no longer feel safe with my family. All this has been happening for 5 months. And the new manager. Smokes her cigarettes in the property and doesn't know what she is doing and talking about. The apartments are nice but the people that were hired after Evelyn soto ,are not well educated on the process of getting people into the apartment they qualify for. And if you are trying to get an apartment here be aware the person that is in office doesn't know much.

I went to pick up application for a place the landlord was very rude n unprofessional I’ve been tying to bring in my application back since the July 23 n she’s never in the office during visiting hours
