I don’t typically do reviews, but I’ve had some time to think about my overal experience with the company and I feel that there’s discrimination within the general Lewes DE location. I was employed with the company shy of 5 years. I received exceptional praises from both clients and familie members of clients that I cared for. I even had family members who wrote letters on my behalf to the company, but those praises weren’t recognized by the company. I loved my position as a Nursing Assistant at this company, so when the opportunity became available to work in the office to work as a scheduler I applied hoping for a change. I have a Bachelors degree and 15 years of nursing assistant experience, so one can say that I was qualified for the position with training provided. Fasforward, I was interviewed by the owner of the specific location: weeks went by without a response on a job offer or denial of a job offer. Eventually I reached out to find out the status of my interview and learned that due to a call out that I had on July fourth of 2020 (while I was in the emergency room for a miscarriage), I was denied the position. Grant it, I did provide documentation for my call out; however, the owner stated that she couldn’t give me the position because the oncall person at time of my call out had to work extremely hard to find coverage for my call-out. As previously stated, I’ve had time to think about my time at this company and I’d observed that the office employees are predominantly Caucasian, while the caregivers and homemakers are African American or foreigners. If you’re an employer seeking outreach employment with clients, than apply to the company. On the other hand, there isn’t no opportunity for growth within this workplace if you’re African American.

Let me just say this . Company treat they’re workers like animals . Them man and woman do more then they are ask for and company don’t even give them raise on they’re pay . Stop treating your employees like they are animals in zoo . It’s not professional and 100% disrespectful. I don’t recommend your company to no body till you start treating your employees with respect and pay them what they deserve

Griswold were true angels for me and my family. My mother's health started declining rapidly due to aggressive melanoma cancer and we could no longer provide the care on our own. Griswold had 24hr care and care providers within 2 days of us calling. Unfortunately my mother passed within a couple days of using their services but the company and all of the caregivers were so compassionate, caring and kind. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs additional care for themselves or a family member. We can't thank them enough for everything they did for my mother during our time of need.

Thank You LaSandra for working with us through all the changes at the beginning and finding the perfect live-in for us. The owner Beth could not have been kinder and so ready to help. They have continued to provide stellar service since January-we couldn't be more satisfied.
