The center was fine, but good luck figuring out how to cancel membership. And don’t expect any help from the local chapter that originally signed you up. Signing up is easy. Canceling nearly impossible. A sign of a dishonest company.

Completely disappointing. I chose the gym for it’s location and private showers as I work in the village of 5 points. I have only been attending for 2 months and asked the owner how often they clean their restrooms. I had just been in them to get ready for work, and there was mildew on the shower seat and curtain, commodes were filthy and trash was full. Thinking maybe they clean them at night and they had been busy that morning. Sharon jumped down my throat saying that they only had 2 people on staff and couldn’t be expected to keep up with keeping the bathrooms clean. Then she proceeds to tell me that “they are professionally cleaned ONCE A WEEK!” What???? Are you kidding me? Then she informs me that my membership will be cancelled. Wow. Horrible customer service.

One squat rack, one barbell. Kept myself occupied for ~45 minutes waiting to bench before calling another gym and walking out.

Called to ask about a 1or even 3 month membership. When I was told about the application fee I explained that that was too much for 1 month and that I wasn't interested. The representative told me to come in and get a free 7 day pass to see if I liked it. That sounded like a good plan so I drove up from Dewey, filled out all his paperwork only for him to tell me right before giving me the pass that their franchise didn't offer the free passes so it would be $40 for the week. I explained to him that both their website and he himself on the phone told me they offered a free 7 day pass and this was a bait and switch. He actually agreed with me that it was, and blamed corporate for the advertising.
