I absolutely love living at the Calvert. The views are amazing of the city. Love the convenience of walking to shops, restaurants and the Panther’s stadium! Perfect location for me and Family.

We lived in #401 and were miserable living at The Calvert since day 1. The upstairs neighbors in #501 were extremely loud and caused our walls and furniture to shake every day and didn't stop most nights until after 2:00am. There are some major structural issues with this apartment and it forced us to break our lease and move out early. I would never recommend The Calvert to anyone and hope whoever moved into #401 after us was at least informed of the many complaints that were caused by the upstairs neighbors.

New to Charlotte and what a first impression! I am in love with the one bedroom floor plans here! Spacious with lots of storage, and I love the hardwood flooring throughout. Samantha was very knowledgeable about the area and was able to point out some local points of interest! Overall very impressed!

After an awful living experience at Towerview Ballantyne, my partner and I came to find our new home at the Calvert. I cannot begin to list the ways that this property exceeds the standards of our experience in Towerview but… I feel like the quality of the Calvert is what Towerview *wants* to be. In terms of the building and material quality, view, location, amenities, and the outstanding attention and kindness of Samantha (resident office manager)… this facility and property is absolutely among the best you can find in Charlotte. Look no further. Thank you, Calvert!
