Edited: Added a star back up to 4. New management company took over. Not sure if that had anything to do with the upstairs neighbor moving out but yay… noise level of new resident above us is normal and within reason! Before moving in, my husband and I gave this new community 5 stars. The leasing staff was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Amenities are gorgeous. Now after living here for a few months, we are not very happy and complaints seem to do no good. First off, a family of 4 plus a pet living in a one bedroom second floor apartment is crazy. This is too many bodies for such a small space and more often than not, it is excessively loud. Imagine hearing very young children screaming, crying, running, playing in this small space late into school nights unattended. Night after night. The rumble is intense enough to rattle the dishes in the cabinets and not one picture on the wall stays hanging straight for very long. Secondly, several residents are not picking up after their dogs, leaving landmines in the planters and lawn areas, especially bad close to the dog park. This is just nasty and seems to be getting worse not better. This is a brand new built community in a nice area but honestly a few can really bring down the quality of living. And unfortunately, as of yet, complaints to the office have done little to no good.

Since being under new management staff. The front office staff are very nice. Kailey is very helpful and understanding with issues that arose. Property looks great and have great neighbors. Quiet at night.

Yes, quiet hours are from 11pm - 7am. During these hours we ask that you not run your vacuum, garbage disposal, play loud music, play speakers that are on the floor, high impact fitness etc... Please be mindful of your neighbors at all times.
You may call the office and we'll gladly take your request. You may also submit a work-order through your resident portal. Please let us know if there are any animals in the apartment ahead of time.
Subletting is not allowed. All applicants must be screened and qualify through the leasing office.
Please call (980) 236-7009 and follow the prompts for maintenance emergencies. Emergencies are defined as the following: - Fire - Smoke detector battery alert - Flooding - Clogged toilet in a one bathroom only apartment - No hot water or no water at all - No AC if the thermostat reads over 80 degrees - No Heat if the thermostat reads less than 60 degrees - Refrigerator or freezer not cooling - Roof leak - No Power (other than an outage) - Always call the power company first to check for an outage or payment processing error - Wild animal loose in the apartment - Any situation which may endanger your life
Parking in the parking lot is free and based on a first come - first serve basis. There is no assigned parking. If you would like a garage space, please contact the leasing office to discuss availability and pricing. If you have a guest, we ask that they park in 2nd row parking and not immediately next to the building or a breezeway.
We always recommend trying to talk to your neighbor first. So many times, they are unaware of the noise they're creating and a friendly conversation is all that's needed. If the problem persists, you may contact the office, but please remember that noise is to be expected in a shared living space.
No, we do not. We are a Certified Smoke-Free Community. This means you may not smoke in your apartment, on your patio, or any common area. You must step off the property completely if you need to smoke or vape.
AT&T is the only provider at our community. We are an INSTANT-ON community. This means all of the equipment is waiting for you in your apartment. On the day of move-in, a phone number will be on the kitchen counter. Call that number, select your internet/tv package, provide your payment information and BOOM - you have service!
Each month you will pay your utility bill with your rent. A statement will be emailed to you approx. 1 week prior to the 1st of each month outlining your water/sewer/trash/amenity fee. There is nothing on your end that you need to do prior to moving in.
We will send you a welcome home letter outlining exactly what you owe and when you owe it. All deposits are due at move-in in the form of certified funds. Pro-rated rent can be paid with personal check, card or e-check. Please note that debit/credit card payments will incur a convenience fee.
Yes! We require all residents to have a policy for the duration of their lease. A minimum of $300,000 liability coverage is required. We recommend personal contents coverage, but it is not required. Pringle Square Apartments must also be listed as an additional interest or interested party. Is your agent asking you a million questions? We have a centrally located compactor that you take all household trash to. Next to the compactor is an area for cardboard recycling only.
Yes! We offer FREE Wi-Fi access in our clubhouse and pool. We also have a business center that stays open 24/7 with access to 2 desktop PCs. Please ask the leasing office for our passwords.
We use a 3rd party called Package Concierge. Upon moving in, you will receive a welcome home email from them with a username and password. Each time you receive a package, they will email you. Using the username and password, you can login to the package kiosk (located at the mail room) and then retrieve your package(s). We ask that all packages be picked up in a timely manner so that the lockers can be reused.
At this time we do not allow reservations, as we want our spaces to remain readily available to all residents at all times.

Yes! We are very pet friendly. Pet guidelines include: - Documentation in the form of a veterinarian letter must be provided prior to moving in. This letter needs to include the pet’s age, breed, and weight as well as proof of current required vaccinations. - Dogs must be on a leash at all times when on the property. Pets may not be left unattended on patio or balcony. - Breed restrictions include Dalmatians, Presa Canarios, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Alaskan Malamutes, Rottweiler’s, and Pit Bulls. This list may change at any time to include additional breeds. - German Shepherds & Boxers are allowed – ask us for details. - Birds, Snakes, Reptiles, Ferrets, Rabbits and Fish Aquariums exceeding 20 Gallons are not allowed.

Regardless of when you move-in, rent is always due in full on the 1st of the month. For example, if you move-in on Aug 15th, you will pay a pro-rated portion for August, and then September rent is owed in full on Sept 1st. We also give you a 5 day grace period, which means you can pay on time through the 5th of each month. Starting on the 6th there will be a 5% late fee charged to your account.
