I thought I loved this place for my mom, however I'm concerned at the lack of courtesy and concern they have for their tenants. I'm very concerned about my mother living in this facility. After attempting to reach my mother and not hearing from her in few days, my sisters and I began to worry. I called the front office asking if they could do a wellness check and was informed by Lynette that they can not knock on my mother's door to see if she's okay and that they don't perform wellness checks, since it's not an assisted living facility. I was told that I need to contact 311. A stranger would knock on a neighbor's door in the community, if they wondered about their safety. I don't understand how walking down the hall is so difficult. My mother is mobile and able to care or herself, however she is senior citizen. This is a senior living facility with an office Admin on staff. The lack of concern they have for people and their tenants is baffling. I bet if they didn't get their rent money, they would walk a few doors down to knock on the door.

I wanted to take a minute to share my experience at University Square. Often, we are quick to report poor customer service or something negative. My experience as awesome. I've been searching for a place for my mother. From the first conversation with Ms. Nikki, she was very warming and friendly. She answered all of my questions and was flexible to meet with my mother and me. Even in the mix of her busy schedule of getting ready for the holiday Christmas party and vacation, she provided a tour of the building. She also assisted with completing the application. This experience made me feel at ease to know my mother would be taken care of and in a safe environment. Thank you so much, Ms. Nikki.
