We have several floorplans that include washers and dryers in the unit. If a unit you select does not include a washer and dryer, they can be provided at a minimal cost per month via Appliance Warehouse. Many residents own washers and dryers so we like to provide the flexibility of adding them upon request. For more information, please reach out our office team.
Hi Thomas, The apartment comes with W/D connections so you can bring your own or rent them. We will also have a laundry room at our clubhouse in case you will prefer to use it.
