I have lived here since April 2021. This place is a great place to live! You can see that the maintenance staff and office staff actually care about this place/residents and try their best to make it a great place to live. Of course its not all sunshine and blue skies, but when a problem does come up the staff does everything to correct it as soon as possible. I plan on living here for at least a couple more years. My favorite amenity is the dog park, they just got it redone a few months ago and its amazing.

The fact that I have been here for two being a faithful rent payer and this company has stolen nearly $600.00 from me $225.00) and my guest ($325.00) in towing fees to a place that is less than 15 minutes away for 1 day because they partner with a tow company who sneaks in in the middle of the night and tow your car away with no warning or concerns of you having to go the work the next morning or whatever is just horrible. I pay too much in rent ( over $1600 a month for a two bedroom) to have to deal with such foolish. A lot times the "vallet" trash company does not do their job picking up trash like they should, however Im still expected to pay. The pool was closed so many times during the summer but i still had to pay. No matter what they do wrong, you still pay.

My wife Margaret and I moved in about 6 months ago and have never regretted that decision. John gave us the friendliest welcome and made us feel right at home. Both Kate’s in the office go above and beyond. Pool is amazing and gym is one of the better ones I’ve seen at an apartment. Any suggestions or needs brought to the office are immediately addressed. Our lease isn’t up for another 7 months but we already plan on renewing.

Such an impressive community to visit family at! They recently moved in and love living at Keltonwood. The amenities are beyond nice and everything is so pet friendly! We happened to meet the Manager, Kathryn. She was so welcoming and even took the time to give us an impromptu tour of a unit… because honestly, this visit has us really considering moving! Wow.
