I didn't like the place that changed the price a lot

There are few things still missing, already reported to office. Kitchen chimney filter, open electric port at washing area, Paint missing at bottom of front door, bedroom lock is not working, dirt on the bottom of kitchen overhead box. Still no resolution on Outside bees, most of the time entering into my house from window. It’s a week time for me to stay in this apartment, looking forward to get these things fixed ASAP. Thank you.

I have been a resident here for 4 years. I never had a complaint until now. Another company recently bought this apartment complex and it has became terrible. For one you pay for a pool that is never open, you pay for a gated community but the gates don’t work, you pay every month for pest control yet I have talked to multiple people and we all have knats, ants, spiders, and centipedes like crazy.. some even have roaches. We have a dishwasher that’s been broke for 2 years and no one seems to think something is wrong so they won’t replace it and we have a big hole in our wall from a pipe breaking and no one coming to fix it. We are trying to move out and are required to pay a $2,500 fee on top of two months rent. Not to mention the apartment above us has multiple families living there and are extremely loud all hours of the night. This is something I have also heard from other residents. During the summer a year ago our AC unit wasn’t working so we had to sleep in 90 degree temperatures with our son until they could get us coolant which took about a week. They offered nothing to help us, the only help we got was from my family providing fans. Apparently too many apartments needed the same kind of help. Oh and good luck getting ahold of anyone to complain- the office took a week of calls, voicemails and emails to finally get ahold of someone since they were never there when I stopped by and corporate doesn’t bother to answer or return calls, voicemails and emails.
