Been on this office sitting and waiting since 10am hasn't been call back till 1pm they send email back 1 person was send back for a run and the other 2 person ignored the email. Wish we had to wait for this one person to come back to take care of us. Un acceptable and very unprofessional this place is main to help people not to make people hate them.

I was trying to get mental health help fr these people for a long time a getting out of the ward a while back. Not one person answered the phone, I was supposed to get an psych evaluation. But no one would answer I was hurting so much and I gave up trying I've been just getting by ever since. These are the only people who are near my house. Don't use any dark service got somewhere else these evil people don't care. Have a blessed one everyone

I called the urgent care crisis line just a week ago about my son. The nurse I spoke with was very nice and compassionate about my son's situation. She advised me to call the Urgent care 23 hour chair unit. I called them and spoke with Emily Green who was extremely nice, kind, respectful, compassionate and a good listener. She made me feel she really cared and the conversation gave me a warm feeling that there was love and concern on the other end. She told me how things would work. When I explained these things to my son, he was reluctant to go right away but a few days later he decided to go. He needed to detox from substance abuse and was planning on staying the seven days as well as an additional 30 days. So he agreed to go on Saturday April 2, 2022. Prior to me taking him, I called the same office that Emily Green was in but I did not speak to her this time. I spoke with someone named Tracy. I started out telling Tracy that I had spoken to Emily the other day and immediately Tracy rudely butted into the conversation to tell me her name again. I immediately detected a hateful rude individual that I was dealing with. After trying to ask her more questions that I did not ask Emily she did not answer me directly but said, How old is your son? I said, it doesn't matter how old my son is because I am calling for information for him. She had an attitude with me and said she was not going to tell me anything and that my son would have to call. I reiterated that my son is not even their patient yet and I am just gathering info before he comes , if he comes. She persisted on not helping me so I asked for a supervisor. She said, we don;t have a supervisor on staff, they are all at home." I replied, "I know you have a supervisor and I want her name now. She said, we are not allowed to give out this information and hung up on me. I immediately called back and of course she answered. She recognized my voice and you could tell she had an attitude. I requested a call from her supervisor and she refused that as well. So I waited until 8:00 am to call and I asked for the highest person in the building to give my complaint about her. I spoke with Jessica who is Tracy's direct supervisor and she stated this behavior was very unusual for Tracy and she has always received good reviews. I said, well maybe she was having a bad day, but as I thought about that I realized if she as having a bad day then she would have had plenty of opportunity to apologize to me because I called several times after that hoping I would get someone else to answer the phone. So the supervisor said she would look into this, but I never heard anything back. So I brought my son on Saturday April 2, 2022. We were there 3 hours then he was taken to the urgent chair unit to sit until they found a detox center for him. I left and went back home when my son gave me the ok. I was an hour & 15 minutes away. When I got home within about 30 minutes or so my son called me frantically several times. He was very upset in his voice and wanted to leave the urgent care but he said they would not let him leave. Of course the first thing I thought was It must be Tracy back on shift and she is not letting him leave on purpose. So they finally let him go after he told them very boldly that they cannot keep him there without his consent. He is 31 years old and fully capable to make his own decisions. So he left the building about 10 pm or so and started walking not knowing where he was going. He finally went to the closest McDonalds and called me to pick him up there. Continued.....

You are right Carla and that's pretty much what I said, but anyone who needs "Methadone" help please please go to Daymark and they will be able to help you from there to get to where you need to be along with helping you get in touch with the people who you need to talk to. "You are definitely worth it".
First you need to consult with tour doctor and they can adjust your meds as needed while you are pregnant
