The inside is open for business and the drive-thru as well there is sitting outside also this particular location seems to be a little busy and it could be a little slow getting your order at times freeway nearby.

No. Its because they are short staffed. In order for them to keep up and not have people waiting they have to close the lobby and close down mobile orders so they don't get slammed. People just don't wanna work these days.
